Its made by the guys behind Statseeker and based out of Brisbane. From all accounts they seem very responsive to add features/mibs for new products.
Only caveat might be that it has a price tag - although you didn't say you wanted free :)
If price is a turn off I always found Observium to be easy to use. http://www.observium.org/

Hi Guys,
We currently use Cacti for graphing of network links in our environment and was wandering if there is a better tool out there?
We find Cacti rather clunky and tedious to use and setup new devices interfaces.
Has anyone got thoughts on this?
