[AusNOG] Onsite Engineer in Melbourne - Juniper SRX

Hi all,

I have an issue with a DSL service in Melbourne CBD. I've sent a spare
SRX110 to site to test with.

I need someone with a laptop/USB Serial to go to site and either:

a) figure out what is going on and fix/let us know (need to know Junos)

b) act as remote-hands/control for our Sydney people to do the same

'Inside business hours' is important on this one.

Pricing for both options to me off-list please.
