[AusNOG] PIPE issues at NextDC M1

Hi Group,

I'm seeing issues on a circuit with dark fibre dependency at M1 and I'm also having issues raising NOC by phone - Phone calls are either dropped, or a message "We are unable to process your call at this time.".

If there's a NOC contact lurking please get in touch, similarly, if you have any tips for raising their NOC, all advice is welcome.
