[AusNOG] issues connecting to verisign.com.au

Previosuly they both resolved to  202.65.27.171  hence being able to view
www.verisign.com.au   and get a site from that IP, while the customer
portal on same IP didn't work (due to cert issue you mention).

I'd think allowing pings might be very useful indeed!
