Mark,

With the sheer spectral density of WDM equipment these days and further
thought, I retract my previous enthusiasm for popcorn.

Telstra probably has a boatload of capacity left on Endeavor - a 40Gbps
wave for Netflix peering in LA to maintain their protectionist stance on
domestic peering is a no-brainer economically.

I hate that you're right. But you are.
