As only 3 are visible in BGP and only 1 is magically reachable using
traceroute (the other two fail already in Europe) there is not a big
issue there.

Folks will just have to renumber: sed s/<old48bits/<new48bits/ [1].

[1] which fails horribly when you think of the fact that most IP
addresses get hardcoded in too many random places and a lot of places
which are very much out of control... (simple example: DNS server glue)
