[AusNOG] AAPT: Inbound voice issues

Anyone getting issues will calls from other networks to AAPT homed
numbers?
We are getting the RVA "The service to the telecommunication network you
are calling is temporarily congested. We apologize for any
inconvenience, please try again later. This is a free call."
That's from a Telstra mobile to an AAPT ISDN number (yes, the ISDN is
working fine, call never gets there).....
