[AusNOG] Megaport Suspends Accepting New Orders in PIPE DC's

Not completely unsurprising, I suspect PIPE networks (and more specifically
their peering stuff) has been making less money in recent years, in no part
just because of Mega/NextDC, and they might want to try head off the new
competing business models/uses as a result.

Alls fair in love and business! (well we'll see what TIO/ACMA has to say
about it..)
