[AusNOG] Bigpond mail admin contact

Happy Friday NOGers

If anyone could point me in the direction of someone who has some control/sway over the bigpond.com mail servers (the old ones, not the O365/Live ones) that would be appreciated. I've got a few issues with BigPond customers unable to send to several of my customers domains (who aren't hosted with Bigpond).
