[AusNOG] Government contact.

CSDA (Commonwealth Services Delivery Agency) was the interim name between
DSS (Department of Social Security) and Centrelink. It shouldn't have work
for years.

 Source: I worked for all 3 in a previous life.

 I've still got a few contacts so I'll hit them up, although how useful
they'll be after the merger is anyone's guess...
