[AusNOG] Government contact.

I've noticed this for quite some time, it redirects to a non-existant 
domain name.

I believe it is part of their push where by they are mostly referred to 
as 'human services' (http://www.humanservices.gov.au). I doubt it was 
intentional to drop centrelink.gov.au though.
