Hi All,

I am going to +1 Skeeves story and say that a very similar thing has
happened to us a few months ago.
We requested DC access and were approved only to then get denied at entry
due to their own mixup. Further to this, once the access problem was
resolved the technicians were allowed into the DC with no ID check or
security sign in etc.

Most of the people who made PIPE the great company that it was have left
the company, and you can see this in the products and support you receive
nowadays.
The people who are still there trying to do the right thing are working
against a corporate machine which doesn't necessarily want the right thing
to be done.

Even the value of the PIPE peering service is declining (for us anyway),
and with networks like WAIA available in QLD we are now looking to drop
PIPE-IX all together.
Good night sweet prince
