[AusNOG] Any Telstra Internet Direct contacts out there?

I've got a TID (ADSL2) service I'd like to get working on IPv6, however
it seems I need some magic flag set on the Telstra side to not be seen
as an IPv4 only service.

Telstra's about IPv6 page has no (specific) support contacts or
indications of how to do this.

Before I go through the rigmarole of calling support is there anyone who
knows what the magic steps are?
