Subject: [AusNOG] Issues via as6453.net in LA?

Is anyone else seeing issues with routes via as6453.net<http://as6453.net> (Tata Communications)

We're seeing some packet loss via their network in Los Angeles - seeing around 40 ~ 60% packet loss over the last 3 hours.
