Regarding the phone not answering, can you mail me off list on the indial number you were calling. There should be an ACD handling the call queueing there and I'd like to get to the bottom of this.

Has anyone else just seen a drop on Vocus Transit in Melbourne in the last 10 mins?

We saw all traffic stop about 11:22AM AEDST and no one there seems to be answering the phone at the moment…
