[AusNOG] Vocus Melbourne Outage?

Hello,

We had a border router (1006) fail this morning at Equinix SY1 and it required a tech to attend site. Engineering are still in the process of analysing the root cause and due to some RSVP-TE oddities, the border router failure knocked out some LSPs in our ethernet network as well.

Please ensure you have a ticket open with our NOC if you wish to receive the RFO once we have finished running through our post-incident processes.

They had a router failure at 5am, outage notification came through about 630am.
