you'll need to let us know what this is, I dont blindly click on
shortened url services without references in point 

but by what you did say, anything could be regarded as a network
service, even email, web, whatever... 
you cant have it all your own way, or be selective as to who gets
chastised for talking non network engineering stuff and who does.
