[AusNOG] Internet access in the Wongarra region

Hi there,

I'm trying to improve Internet access for relatives in the Wongarra region
in south western Victoria.  They currently get access via Telstra but it is
not cheap, the monthly cap is low and the excess rates are <expletive
deleted>.  A high-point on the property has line-of-sight to Apollo Bay
(distance may be an issue - just over 10 Km), but if anyone knows of a
service provider (or better still, is a service provider) and could assist
with some type of radio link, please drop us a line.
