[AusNOG] IPv6 Address Management

Not sure how up to date it is though. TeemIP and NOCproject are in addition
to above.. I think they were discussed on ausnog not too long ago.

I am also looking into replacing our IPAM software at the moment (something
free + sexy doesn't seem to exist).
