If you're after diverse international operators, check http://ispmap.net.au/realtime.php to ensure your upstream isn't sharing the same Layer 3 provider; unfortunately doesn't help you for Domestic.
Cheers

Subject: [AusNOG] Transit Provider Pairings
Hi Noggers,
I'm looking for some advice on which transit providers (especially from the Go4) pair well to provide the most diverse routes and would give a roughly 50/50 traffic split both domestically and internationally for the traffic profile of a typical residential ISP.
Who would you (or do you) pair together for this traffic profile?
You experiences would be greatly appreciated.
-James
