[AusNOG] M2 Contact - Data Centre Access

Hi,

Just wondering if someone might have a contact at M2/Eftel that can organise an emergency access request into Global Switch.

I have been wanting a little under five hours with multiple calls to their after-hours for emergency access and I'm not getting anywhere.

No one can contact Felix in Sydney, Perth techs aren't answering their phones and their Melbourne tech contact is on holidays.
