[AusNOG] SEA-ME-WE 3 cut again

From an outside point of view this one seems to have it's fair share of
outages. Im not expert in overseas cable outage stats but just on face
value this cable seems to be cut more then any others. Dose anyone in
the area have any information as to why. Is it about the depth of the
cable in that area or the amount of maritime traffic.

What makes it more vulnerable or is it not and it's simply a statically
anomaly.

Matt.
