[AusNOG] Telstra NBN Woes in Toowoomba

Hi Tim

I¹ve tried DSCP of 0 with the VPN as well and no change.

Frustrating the hell out of me.

Speaking to someone else in the industry, they suggested that it might be
related to a reset Telstra did over the weekend on layer2 services after
experiencing a huge number of faults with after stormageddon in Brisbane
last week.
