[AusNOG] Telstra NBN Woes in Toowoomba

Anyone having issues with NBN fibre provided by Telstra in Toowoomba?  After the weekend, customers with a non-telstra VoIP service on Telstra NBN are having issues with SIP trunks being dropped.  Remarking DSCP values to 10 helps, but not in all cases.

Additionally, I have a customer with an IPSec VPN between two sites.  As of Monday morning, the tunnel refuses to light up.  Getting stuck with phase 1 proposal.

Any insights would be appreciated.
