[AusNOG] Layer 2 AAPT NWB Multi-Hopped via MegaPort VCX

In a perfect world an MPLS solution is 100% the correct solution however I
have 10yrs of legacy that I'm looking to migrate.
I would rather not outlay the resources to deploy up a new network
alongside the existing and then cut between.
I have chosen to implement the current solution (albeit legacy) which is
essentially a WAN over Layer2 DSL.
