[AusNOG] Microsoft Outlook.com blacklist issue

I'd go and sign up for SNDS, and register for the realtime reporting
service.  I get an email *every* time a hotmail/outlook.com customer clicks
'Spam' for an email sent from any of our IP blocks.  I tie that back into
our cpanel servers, and send automated notifications out to customers who
have their emails forwarded to hotmail/outlook addresses, with a 'By
clicking 'Report as spam' on this email, you are causing your own email
server to be blacklisted.  DO NOT DO THIS'.  They get the message pretty
quickly ;)    It's also good for the customers who are breaking our AUP, as
they send out a spam run, and all of a sudden get a few thousand emails
from us ;)  They go elsewhere very quickly.

It also lets us pass this into mailing list management software for some of
our customers, and automatically remove their mail list members who do the
report as spam function.  keeps the mail reputation looking good :)
