[AusNOG] Cisco routers on NBN 100/40Mbps connection

Yes I agree that small packet size will flood the router - but what about
standard, large 1000 byte packets?
i.e. for a small office with 5-10 staff, will a Cisco 881 be a performance
bottleneck for a 100/40Mbps connection with large file downloads and web
traffic downloads.
When we use a cheap Netgear or Draytek router, a speed test to
www.speedtest.net will show 80-100Mbps speed test result.
Is a Cisco 881 powerful enough to show the same speed test result since we
will be talking about 1400 byte patckets for large transfers?
