[AusNOG] NOC Software

- Splunk for logs
- Riverbed Cascade (or whatever they're calling it now) for flow
correlation and NPM
- SCOM for monitoring windows stuff (and some linux, progressively)
- Starting to use puppet for linux CM
- home grown nightmare for IPAM

But we're qld.gov.au, so... different priorities.
