I've got a handful of the Ubiquiti units
(http://www.ubnt.com/unifi/unifi-ap-ac/) at home - 2 storey, concrete
floor, double brick - I could get away with a couple if needed though.
No problems, and would definitely buy them again. 

Typically 15-20 wireless clients connected across the lot of them at any
given time - mobile devices, laptops, media players, etc.
