We recently started using phpIPAM:

It's not bad.  Pretty easy to get around.

Did a quick search of AUSNOG for ip management software and suggestions.

Do  a quick look at IPPlan seems to do what I need Opensource Export
bind zone files

This list is a bit old from 2012.  I haven't got many network to look
after, mostly internal stuff.

Are they any other good packages out there ?
