[AusNOG] Megaport - Link Negotiation

I've raised this question in the past.

Essentially the Megaport philosophy is that 10Gb is your buy-in... they do
not want 1Gb connections on the network.

I too wondered as not everyone has 10Gb ports yet... but no, you NEED to
have a switch (perferably) or router with a 10Gb port.
