Servers, absolutely.

Network gear - if not dual power supplies, then options for alternative
power supplies (such as DC), which generally have supply with two AC power
inputs).

Of course, there's little point having dual PSUs if you don't have separate
power rails.  And remember, that 2 x the PSUs means 2 x the chance that
you'll suffer a single PSU failure.
