[AusNOG] raaf.gov.au serves up a bitly.com ad

Not an easter egg - according to the Wayback Machine it's been like that
since at least September last year. Prior to that it was a redirect to
www.airforce.gov.au
My guess is that they were using bitly for the redirect, but for some
reason or other the mapping went missing.
Not sure why you think it's a 404 page - it's a 302 redirect to bitly.com,
no 404 involved.
