[AusNOG] Urgent Optus BGP Communities Information

Thank you Chris

I have been given the 21XX communities for local domestic peers but its
very frustrating that no other communities are supported.

I also had the routing team at Optus confirm 1403 will not block my routes
being sent to the USA.

RTBH would have saved the last 20 hours of my time.
