[AusNOG] Monitoring ULL drops on AAPT MBE connections

I'm generally a bigger Linux fanboi than the next guy, but I don't 
consider this adequate for determining whether a line is sound.  It 
needs real stats like uptime, retransmits, CRC errors, etc.
