Kids? Don't get me started. The QoS is crap as is the ROI. They peer selectively and almost always for short term goals. Downloads vs uploads at the Fridge are well out of line with expectations for normal consumers.
Receive sensitivity doesn't exist, SLAs are a joke and they drop packets left right and centre (I can't even see the bottom of the rack). And don't get me started on subsidising Over the Top services like iTunes accounts - that's application layer, so Ausnog, right?
I am the regulator, but enforcement is almost impossible ('clean red underpants'? not a chance). Since I already supply Wireless To The Foyer (WTTF) for everyone in the house, why they can't pay for their own connectivity or just move to where the reception is?
Kids. I just don't understand the business case for having them.
