[AusNOG] Traffic shaping - IP based. Device of choice

Hi Guys,

We are currently using openvswitch for our IP traffic shaping, however the
performance isn't fantastic.

I was wondering what others are using to shape, or any recommendations for
good valued appliances that are in the market place.
