[AusNOG] iiNet Business Cloud issues (#224906853)

Hi Guys,

 

Seems there's ~30% packet loss outbound from the business cloud product in
Perth. Screenshots have been sent to bizsupport.

 

Unsure if anyone is around to have a look at this, seems residential support
is open on weekends however business support isn't?

 

Just wanted to bring this to someone's attention as there's probably people
in a lot worse / frustrating position than myself, I'm only attempting to do
some dev work this weekend.
