[AusNOG] ADSL2+ line sync data

Slightly OT, but I had a bunch of DSL issues at my home recently and
fired up Cacti on my Synology NAS (I think I mentioned this in a post a
few weeks back...) to graph DSL statistics on a Cisco 867W.
