[AusNOG] Pricing for cross-connects at Equinix and/or Global switch?

There are different models too. Global Switch does MMR Connections. Equinix
does Rack-to-Rack connections.

Equinix's list price is more like $400 MRC for SMOF (anyone should be able
to get better than that).
