$100 for fibre?!?!? I highly doubt that unless your buying in bulk ;)

It's definitely ALOT more than that for fibre for a single or a few in
Equinix!

Globalswitch, the big cost is the install, and that is by quote only as it
is distance based.

But Globalswitches monthly charges... I am not sure... not even sure how
you pay it... or if the suite renters pay that... but if it's between two
different ones... who pays?  Interesting questions.  I am sure someone on
the list knows.
