Whats Semi Rural got to do with anything?  I’m 11kms from the Perth CBD, 3kms by cable from my exchange and struggle to get a 7meg link.. 

 

My personal opinion – The Lib’s will “find” a reason that “suddenly” makes FTTP a better fit than FTTN……

It’s not just WA that gets it. Anywhere even semi-rural get’s it.

Nevermind the internet access, fibre would have solved the primitive 
land-line phone call quality problems that plague my area and it's 
surrounds in WA.
