[AusNOG] Strange SMTP connections all comming from behind telstr1053.lnk.telstra.net [110.142.0.170]

Any one noticed a lot of connections to their SMTP servers coming from Telstra IP's ?  They connect then site idle when you trace route to them the trace routes always stock at telstr1053.lnk.telstra.net [110.142.0.170]

They don't seem to be doing much at all apart from filling up the connections to our SMTP servers.
