Begs the question ... has the ALP ever withdrawn the following policy statement?
"Instead of a mandatory filter, Senator Conroy announced that ISPs would be forced to block websites listed on Interpol's "worst of" database - such as those that provide child pornography."

FWIW, Turnbull is blaming an 'administrative error' (Wikileaks Party wordage, sure, but if the shoe fits...) for this (non-)policy announcement.
