You probably want to examine SRR.

int gi0/1
 sw mode acc
 sw acc vlan 5
 srr-queue bandwidth <percent>

Subject: [AusNOG] Shaping VLAN Speed on Cisco 3750X

Hi Noggers,

I've searched high and low and can't seem to find a solution. I have a Cisco 3750X. I'm trying to shape the speed of a single dotq VLAN (not switch the whole switch port). Can anyone give me a config example?

I'd be most grateful!

-James
