[AusNOG] AS14436 / Quest Sydney routing

Hi,

Not being a routing expert could someone check if AS14436 specifically
206.108.40.0/21 is routing correctly - appears lost through qwest.netSydney.
We are observing traffic dropouts to the target subnet, fine from Bigpond
but not from Amcom, Internode, IINET.

Any qwest contacts?
Eric
