They fixed it ><
I think this happened a few weeks ago, I complained, and they told me "No known issues"
I'm sure this time it will also be a "No Known Isssues" thing
Question, what DOES that ping mean, WIKI brings up all weird explainations, anyone know what :
Destination port unreachable. Means?

Works from Telstra;
<snip>$ ping voip.spin.net.au<http://voip.spin.net.au>
PING voip.comcen.com.au<http://voip.comcen.com.au> (203.23.236.96) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from voip.comcen.com.au<http://voip.comcen.com.au> (203.23.236.96): icmp_req=1 ttl=52 time=52.8 ms

If you are still having issues you could go to their network status page (requires a login which I don't have) or contact their support staff?
Phill.
