[AusNOG] www.afp.gov.au - Macquare Telecom (Intellicentre) contact?

Hi,

We're having trouble getting to www.afp.gov.au from our portable 
allocation (203.135.184.0/22) but from our Exetel uplink IP it connects 
fine. I tried emailing Macquarie per the AS17477 whois, but 
hostmaster at intellicentre.net.au bounces:
smtpin.intellicentre.net.au #<smtpin.intellicentre.net.au #5.7.1 smtp; 554 
5.7.1 <hostmaster at intellicentre.net.au>: Relay access denied> #SMTP#

So anyone got a Macquarie contact? Testing from elsewhere shows mixed 
results - eg http://isup.me/www.afp.gov.au says down, but I can access it 
from an Internode IP.
