[AusNOG] Class-0 messages not delivering inside Optus network

Hi AusNOG,

I've recently noticed that an App I use to deliver Class-0 messages has ben
failing to reach Optus services recently.

I wrote the App about a year ago, to plug-in to an existing site I use -
and it's mainly used via an API to send updates about orders, etc..

Non-Optus customers receive the messages fine, however any customers that
are with Optus have not been receiving their notifications recently.
Non-Class-0 (regular SMS) to Optus are not affected, and Non-Optus class-0
messages are also not affected. The delivery report from the gateway says
'rejected', as if there is some sort of fault/outage occurring, or the
network is apparently blanket-banning all incoming class-0 messages all of
a sudden.

I tried to reach out to Optus a few times, but everyone I spoke to had no
clue.. in fact no-one I spoke to even knew what a class-0/flash message
was, and told me that it couldn't possibly be a fault of their network's...

Someone recommended I try this group - perhaps someone here can help, or
guide me in the right direction :)

Although it should go without saying, I'm not using the app for any
spamming/scamming/phishing/etc obviously.

Cheers,
Deon.
