[AusNOG] 24x7 Online Billing platform?

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with 24x7 Online Billing - good or bad?

I have a customer evaluating it for a project (anticipated 2 - 3Gbps throughput within 36 months) which alone would make me think it’s not appropriate, but really don’t know enough about it’s strengths and weaknesses.

Converged wired/wireless network, IPTV etc.
